1. The service
B1 Polish Exam Trainer is an online educational service for practising Polish at B1 level. The platform does not organise the state examination, issue certificates, or guarantee any particular result. Its content, recordings, scores, and reports support independent study.
2. Account, age, and trial
The service is intended for people aged 18 or over. A younger person may use it only through an account created and managed by their legal guardian and with the guardian's consent; the guardian is responsible for activity on the account. Users sign in through a one-time link sent to their email address. One user and one verified email address may receive one trial on the terms, for the period, and with the limits shown before activation. Additional accounts, another person's details, or technical means must not be used to bypass the limit.
3. Orders, prices, and paid access
At launch, the offer and prices are presented in PLN. The product, price including taxes, currency, access period, and limits are shown before the order and in Stripe's secure form; applicable taxes are determined in Checkout from the billing details and relevant rules. Access is granted after payment is confirmed. Every paid core plan includes listening, reading, grammar, writing, the written mock exam, and the stated number of AI points. B1 Speaking is marked SOON, remains unavailable, and is not part of the current offer. The Speaking AI package is not currently sold. The release date and terms of access to speaking have not been set. These terms do not restrict mandatory consumer rights under the law of the consumer's habitual residence.
4. Immediate commencement
Before payment, the user may expressly request that the service and access begin before the 14-day withdrawal period ends. The request and accompanying acknowledgements are recorded with the order. Immediate activation does not automatically remove the right of withdrawal; the settlement rules are described in “Withdrawal, refunds, and complaints”.
5. Requirements and fair use
The user needs an up-to-date browser and an internet connection, and a microphone with recording support for speaking practice. The account is personal. Automated extraction or distribution of content, sharing access with third parties, bypassing safeguards, interfering with limits, or disrupting the service is prohibited.
6. Recordings, scores, and AI
The fixed Listening recordings are synthetic audio prepared using OpenAI and contain no user data. Optional AI features may send answers, written texts, exercise or task content, and a selected Speaking recording to OpenAI only after the user deliberately starts the specific analysis. Scores, self-assessment, and AI feedback are for training, may contain errors, and do not replace assessment by an authorised examiner. Each AI feature uses the number of points stated in the current point table and alongside that feature.
7. Complaints, termination of access, and applicable law
Complaints and consumer notices may be sent to office@asproject.pl. The detailed procedure is set out in “Withdrawal, refunds, and complaints”. A reversed payment, full refund, or confirmed abuse may result in the corresponding access being withdrawn without restricting mandatory consumer rights. Polish law applies to the agreement, but this choice does not deprive a consumer of protection granted by mandatory rules of the place of their habitual residence. If one provision is ineffective, the remainder of the terms continues to apply.
